Glad i signed up for only 1 month. I dont watch TV/Hockey Mon-Fri since i'm at work all day. So this is my 2nd weekend i anxiously tried to watch some hockey games. TRIED is a key work , this is major let down. I have YET to watch more than 5 minutes , this is stutter city. Lag is incredible , every 20 seconds i have 2-3 second buffer gap.
I hope to see it get fixed by next weekend or i'll be forced to reconsider my plans for hockey fix. I can set up small server farm in 3 weeks time so i think i'm giving admins more than enough time to fix it.
EDIT - HQ , and HD is working fine. I still cant keep up with HD+ streams even though i'm consistently getting 7-8mbps to montreal and Amsterdam servers and pinging all server at 120ms for 10 minutes. I think calling HD stream HD is being very generous to say the least. HD+ was only reason i signed up. I can stream BBC HD at 3.5mbps without any problems. ( thats what i'd call HD if you're looking for reference what HD stream looks like )
I have a question - recent problems with viewing from Russia. From Montreal server. From 14-00 till 23-00 Moscow time (in Canada this morning, respectively, 06-00 and 03-00 days). speedtest.net shows almost zero velocity. tracert does not see any problems. My ISP everything is OK, already checked your system administrator. Billy - you can see what you have in a given time interval's going on?
I think at some point the people who run this site will realize that the problem is not on our end, but theirs. I still don't think they're able to handle all the traffic coming to the site this year, and another major upgrade is needed if they expect anyone to come back next year.
I can only confirm what others said already. (Some) streams are far from being smooth. The argument about ISP and problems on our end does not make much sense to me. At same time I can watch stream X alright, no problems at all. While stream Y with lower overall bitrate buffers. Picture freezes and audio goes on. It lasts 1 minute. Then it's okay and then it freezes again. I am either on 100/10 MB or 10/1 MB internet connection. Have never experienced problems anywhere else.
I fear I will have to switch to ESPN360, which is not cheap for someone lime me, who does not watch hockey every day.
Otherwise I like this site. Easy navigation. Just simple to use.
Hi. I just joined and none of the streams work well for me. Audio is good but video can't keep up. Any way I can get my money back? It's pretty disappointing..
At least for me it's all the same if you try every server from 1 to 8 when it doesn't work. No dice. Then try another game, and it works with almost all servers.

Huge lagging problem again with Ducks game (hq). Unwatchable, makes my head lagging.
