Suggestion: Change 12 month rate to $89.99 or $95.99.

The 6 month price is $63.99, which comes to $10.67 per month.

The 12 month price is $99.99, which comes to $11.11 per month since the season/playoffs only runs from October through June.

Recommend changing 12 month rate to $89.99 or at least $95.99 to make it the same monthly rate as the 6 month price.

Will you be broadcasting today's and tomorrow's World JRS games? Both games today will be on TSN, and the latter one on US NHL network as well. Tomorrow's games will be on TSN and US NHL network.

EDIT: Looks like today's games have been added to the calendar. Cheers!

'Let us know what you want'

All I wish for is more attentive customer service, like it used to be. I'm well aware that this service is barely above the law via loopholes and jurisdiction limits but people are paying you a lot of money to use it; the least you can do is answer in your own forums why streams are missing or the service is bad.

People are a lot more understanding when they are kept in the loop with information.

    All Star Game

Are you going to stream the All Star Game, fantasy draft and skills competition?
It's not listed in the calender!

    Forum search? Oil Change?

Could you please host Oil Change? They only show the new season 3 episodes online in Canada, but seasons one and two are online for everyone.

    You show 24/7.

    Why not Oil Change?

Plus, I don't see a forum search feature to see if someone already asked for this. Let's get with the programme...

I was just coming to say the same thing. I to would appreciate knowing what is going on. It seems like continuing any type of maintenance to roku users has dropped off the map. VoD games have not been uploaded for a month. It would be nice to get a response.

Agreed. It seems there are alot of problems over the last month and has been no respose from anyone running this site. If you guys are on long hols or have just been real busy, fair enough to a point but we are at the end of the day paying for something that in my case being a tampa fan im not getting. Again, iv not been able to watch a tampa game since the first one in Jan.

I would love for the front page to indicate, for each game, which technology will be available (flash, wmv, ios, all of the above, etc.) and which broadcast will be used. The site admins must know this info ahead of time. Why should we users have to wait until we go to click on watch live to find out?

I mainly ask because the flash streams have DVR capabilities while the WMV streams do not, and it seems like on the busier nights (more than 6 or so games at once), many games are available only in WMV. If the game I want to watch is only in WMV, then there's no point in coming until 9:30 or even later because the only way I can start watching at the beginning is once the game is over and the archive is available. But if it's flash, I know I can start watching from the beginning even if it's only 8:00. It makes a big difference.

Of course, an even BETTER solution would be to make every game available in all 3 formats. But I doubt that's going to happen anytime soon, so at least let us know which streams will be available for each game.
