    If you did a Ping to test your dns (see image below if you don't know how) and it was unable to resolve (it says Ping request could not find host cdn-na-east1.distrubutionaire.com. Please check the name and try again.) you might need to change or add some new dns servers. Since get this a lot recently decided to make a how to for dummies on how to add them. Linux users I would expect to to be able to know how to do this or least be able to use google and i don't own a mac so if someone nice to add one.

    No. Some providers just don't resolve well. Public DNS servers will always work better than ISP based ones.
