    Apple iPhone
I've recently purchased an iPhone for myself. I was trying to hold out until the BlackBerry Bold was released, but it wasn't in stock in any of the wireless shops I went to, Since I needed a new Cell Phone (Nokia N95 I previously had bit the dust) I decided to give the iPhone a try.

I must say, I'm never much of an Apple fan. This phone is hands down the best cellular phone that I have ever used. I enjoy it greatly.

So this brings on the discussion of cell phones. Which phone do you have? Did you prefer that phone or were you sort of uninterested in high-end (expensive) cell phones?

I'm curious to try the iPhone because I still use a Nokia 6600 bought in 2002. It still works perfectly! It's the best cell phone I ever had. But I guess it's time to change it

I'm waiting to move to Canada in about a year to buy a new expensive cell There's no point to spend money now to buy one in Italy just to use it here for a year.

Anybody knows if I buy an iPhone in Canada, can I use it with both Canadian and Italian sim cards? Or viceversa if I buy one in Italy (obviously without a monthly plan contract)?
Not sure about that, so maybe I'm going to wait when my life is more stable in one country

As far as I know unless you unlock it, You won't be able to use both sim cards

I use a HTC Touch...its a great phone for a 'power' user, just because I own a business so I use a lot of excel, word blah blah. I'm not sure what the difference is for phones with windows mobile but I satisfied with it. Except week nights n weekends I turn on the ifonz mod for ease of use.

It is really amazing to me how cheap micro sd cards have gotten though... I just ordered a 8 gig chip for 20 bucks on amazon.com, so now I can fill it full of music for an mp3 player as well.

    wow
Really? Micro SD is that cheap now? I remember when I owned a BlackBerry Pearl a couple years ago I paid $60 for a 1GB

Buy one in Italy (wthout contract) and it is unlocked, usable on Rogers in Canada. I am touring Europe right now with an iPhone I bought on eBay from Australia. When I was home it worked fine with my Rogers SIM... Here in Europe it works on any other GSM sim.

It's pricy, but in my opinion it beats having a contract!

I have an iphone as well. It is the best phone I've ever owned and I've owned several phones. I would love to be able to view hockeystreams on an iphone one day =)
